HHM (Homeless and Highly Mobile)

Due to these difficult economic times, many of our students and families have become homeless or are living in temporary housing situations. If your student is HHM, they are entitled to certain rights, and we may have resources to help you through this challenging time. You may be HHM if you are living in a shelter, living in a hotel or motel, residing in transitional housing, or living doubled up with other families due to a lack of affordable housing. Please contact any of our Sullivan Social workers and they will talk with you to determine if you meet the HHM criteria and can assist you with accessing potential resources.
